The developer shall install "dry" waterlines within the <br /> limits of the subdivision which will conform to the pro- <br /> posed Master Plan ( the requirements of the "dry" waterli- <br /> nes are detailed in the attached Exhibit "A" ) . <br /> m. The developer may install individual private wells for <br /> each lot on an interim basis in accordance with the Local <br /> Health District ' s requirements ( the requirements are <br /> detailed in the attached Exhibit "A" ) . <br /> n. The developer shall initiate the formation of a County <br /> Service Area to be approved by the Local Agency Formation <br /> Commission prior to the approval of the Final Map, which <br /> shall become operative when the public water system is in <br /> place . <br /> o . The Tentative Map shall be revised to reflect the above <br /> conditions and the following: <br /> ( 1 ) Heather Court and Alder Court shall be interconnected <br /> to form a connecting street between Alder Street and <br /> Leward Way. <br /> ( 2 ) Provide a temporary turnaround area at the south end <br /> of Alder Street and Leward Way and other stub-out <br /> streets due to the phasing of the development . <br /> 3 . Local Health District : <br /> a. This tentative division of land shall meet the rules and <br /> regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No . 549 . <br /> Percolation tests are to be done on each lot , and a soil <br /> profile on every third lot and a minimum sewage disposal <br /> area are required for Local Health District approval . A <br /> permit for the percolation tests from the Health District <br /> is required. <br /> b. The owner is to apply to the California Department of <br /> Health Services , as required by Section 25221 of the <br /> California Health and Safety Code, for a determination as <br /> to whether the land should be designated a hazardous waste <br /> property or a border zone property pursuant to Section <br /> 25229 , Health and Safety Code. <br /> c . Individual private wells , if developed for each lot on an <br /> interim basis, shall be constructed in accordance with <br /> Local Health District requirements as follows : <br />
