Item No. <br /> PC : 11-19-87 <br /> SU-87-22 <br /> Page 11 <br /> ( 1 ) A test well shall be drilled within the project area <br /> (SU-87-22 ) to determine the water quality and availa- <br /> bility (volume) before the final map is approved. The <br /> test procedures will require the following: <br /> A. Water from the available aquifer shall be tested by <br /> a State approved laboratory for chemical and <br /> radiological constituents specified by the Health <br /> District . <br /> B. Water analysis results shall be submitted to the <br /> Health District for review and approval . <br /> ( 2 ) Individual wells shall be installed according to the <br /> Health District ' s requirements and shall contain a <br /> minimum of 100 feet of grout seal consisting of Neat <br /> Cement . All construcltion shall be under required <br /> permits, well logs, and Health District inspection. <br /> ( 3) Dry potable water supply lines shall be installed to <br /> San Joaquin County Public Works Standards and stubbed <br /> out for each lot prior to development . <br /> (4) Potable public water (County Service Area) shall be <br /> required for all residential dwellings within GP-88-13 <br /> if either of the following conditions exist : <br /> A. The residential developments within the subject <br /> area (GP-88-13 ) , including the Traina project , the <br /> Bojili project , and all existing developed parcels , <br /> reaches 50 lots . <br /> OR <br /> B. Environmental Protection Agency, CA Regional <br /> Quality Control Board, CA Department of Health <br /> Services, or the Health District determines that <br /> the potable ground water is impacted with chemicals <br /> or radiological constituents that exceed the <br /> Maximum Contaminant Leval (MCL) of Title 22 CAC, or <br /> the Recommended Action Levels (RAL) as designated <br /> by the State . <br /> OR <br /> C . Test well results , as reviewed by the Health <br /> District , indicate that water does not meet water <br /> quality standards . <br />
