Item No. PC : 11-19-87 SU-87-22 Page 11 ( 1 ) A test well shall be drilled within the project area (SU-87-22 ) to determine the water quality and availa- bility (volume) before the final map is approved. The test procedures will require the following: A. Water from the available aquifer shall be tested by a State approved laboratory for chemical and radiological constituents specified by the Health District . B. Water analysis results shall be submitted to the Health District for review and approval . ( 2 ) Individual wells shall be installed according to the Health District ' s requirements and shall contain a minimum of 100 feet of grout seal consisting of Neat Cement . All construcltion shall be under required permits, well logs, and Health District inspection. ( 3) Dry potable water supply lines shall be installed to San Joaquin County Public Works Standards and stubbed out for each lot prior to development . (4) Potable public water (County Service Area) shall be required for all residential dwellings within GP-88-13 if either of the following conditions exist : A. The residential developments within the subject area (GP-88-13 ) , including the Traina project , the Bojili project , and all existing developed parcels , reaches 50 lots . OR B. Environmental Protection Agency, CA Regional Quality Control Board, CA Department of Health Services, or the Health District determines that the potable ground water is impacted with chemicals or radiological constituents that exceed the Maximum Contaminant Leval (MCL) of Title 22 CAC, or the Recommended Action Levels (RAL) as designated by the State . OR C . Test well results , as reviewed by the Health District , indicate that water does not meet water quality standards .
