Item No. <br /> PC : 11-19-87 <br /> SU-87-22 <br /> Page 20 <br /> availability (volume) before the Final Map is approved. <br /> The test procedures will require the following: <br /> ( 1 ) Water from the available aquifer shall be tested by a <br /> State approved laboratory for chemical and radiologi- <br /> cal constituents specified by the Health District . <br /> ( 2 ) Water analysis results shall be submitted to the <br /> Health District for review and approval . <br /> b . Individual wells shall be installed according to the <br /> Health District ' s requirements and shall contain a minimum <br /> of 100 feet grout seal consisting of Neat Cement . All - <br /> construction shall be under required permits, well logs, <br /> and Health District inspection. <br /> c . Dry potable water supply lines shall be installed to San <br /> Joaquin County Public Works Standards and stubbed out for <br /> each lot prior to development . <br /> d. Potable public water (County Service Area) shall be <br /> required for all residential dwellings within GP-88-13 if <br /> either of the following conditions exist : <br /> ( 1 ) The residential developments within the subject area <br /> (GP-88-13) , including the Traina project and all <br /> existing developed parcels, reaches 50 lots . <br /> OR <br /> ( 2 ) Environmental Protection Agency, CA Regional Quality <br /> Control Board, CA Department of Health Services, or <br /> the Health District determines that the potable ground <br /> water is impacted with chemicals or radiological <br /> constituents that exceed the Maximum Contaminant Leval <br /> (MCL) of Title 22 CAC , or the Recommended Action <br /> Levels (RAL) as designated by the State . <br /> OR <br /> (3) Test well results, as reviewed by the Health District , <br /> indicate that water does not meet water quality stan- <br /> dards. <br /> e . Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R' s) shall be <br /> established and recorded to inform property owners that <br /> individual wells were approved on an interim basis only <br /> and that property owners will have to connect to the <br /> public water system when it becomes available. <br />
