The comment letter of the Department
of Public Works addresses its traffic/circulation concerns .
Caltrans has indicated that it has no further traffic/circulation
concerns with the project .
In addition to the recommended conditions attached to this
memorandum, Planning staff will develop conditions of approval to
address fencing, signage, and landscaping. Compliance with these
conditions will be required as part of the improvement plan
review process. Staff has received a request from the owner of
the property south and east of the site. The owner requests that
the proposed six-foot-high fence be of a non-wood material . His
concern is that his horses would eat the fence. Additional com-
ments will be provided at the Development Committee meeting.
HSI/blm
Attachments
