The scheduled Planning Commission hearing date is May 18 , <br /> 1989 . <br /> The attachments are the comment letters submitted by: <br /> • Building Inspection Division ( 4-19-89) <br /> • Department of Public Works (4-20-89) <br /> • Lathrop Municipal Advisory Council (4-13-89) <br /> • State Department of Housing and Community Development <br /> ( 4-12-89) <br /> o Department of Parks and Recreation (4-10-89) <br /> • Environmental Health Division (4-11-89) <br /> • Reclamation Board (4-6-89) <br /> A traffic study was prepared at the request of Caltrans and the <br /> Department of Public Works. The comment letter of the Department <br /> of Public Works addresses its traffic/circulation concerns . <br /> Caltrans has indicated that it has no further traffic/circulation <br /> concerns with the project . <br /> In addition to the recommended conditions attached to this <br /> memorandum, Planning staff will develop conditions of approval to <br /> address fencing, signage, and landscaping. Compliance with these <br /> conditions will be required as part of the improvement plan <br /> review process. Staff has received a request from the owner of <br /> the property south and east of the site. The owner requests that <br /> the proposed six-foot-high fence be of a non-wood material .
