h. A trash enclosure shall be designated on the improvement plan. <br /> The enclosure shall be designed to accommodate all trash <br /> receptacles and constructed on three sides with a solid wall <br /> and gated on the fourth side. Covered trash cans shall be <br /> located throughout the recreational vehicle park. <br /> i . The location, type, and height of all lighting shall be shown <br /> on the improvement plan. Light standards shall not exceed 15 <br /> feet in height . All lighting shall be hooded and oriented to <br /> avoid glare onto adjacent properties. <br /> j . Signage shall be limited to one monument type sign with a <br /> maximum sign area of 24 square feet per face. Details of the <br /> sign shall be included on the improvement plan. <br /> k. A six-foot-high perimeter fence shall be constructed along all <br /> four sides of the project site . Fence details shall be shown <br /> on the improvement plan. The fence shall be constructed of a <br /> non-wood material and shall be designed to comply with <br /> Planning Title Section 9-3243 . <br /> 1 .
