The 100-year Flood Elevation will be <br /> approximately 15 feet N.V.G.D. <br /> Frewert Road has an existing right-of-ray width of 40 feet, and a planned right- <br /> of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> Ccmrents: <br /> 1. A traffic study shall be prepared to address the traffic generation by this <br /> development and the impact on Frewert Read and Manthey Road. Mitigation <br /> measures shall be identified to reduce the impact. <br /> 2. The following comments are related to the site plan and should be addressed <br /> prior to finalizing the application: <br /> a. Secondary or alternative access from the public road should be provided <br /> to a development of this magnitude. <br /> b. The access point seems too steep. <br />
