Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> GP-92-16 & ZR-92-18: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. A nitrate loading study to be included. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> run by a State-approved lab.
