Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. (San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100) <br /> UP-92-0030: <br /> a. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This leach <br /> field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development (Ordinance Code Section 5- <br /> 3003). <br /> C. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least <br /> 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required <br /> by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section <br /> 5-4100. <br /> Information: The existing agricultural well, unless properly sealed, could not be used for <br /> domestic purposes. <br />
