Preapplication Memorandum
GP-92-16/ZR-92-18/TA-92-17
Page 4
Hawk is classified by the State as a Threatened Species and
therefore, when a project is proposed in their habitat area, the
matter is referred to the State Department of Fish and Game. A
more detailed analysis of the site is conducted and, if necessary,
mitigation is developed.
NOTE:
The pre-application conference is designed to inform prospective
applicants of General Plan consistency, zoning consistency, public
improvement requirements, preliminary design constraints and
opportunities, and major environmental and safety issues. This
information is provided in the hope of assisting the applicant in
submitting a better and more complete application, as well as
minimizing processing time. It is not intended to be an in-depth
analysis, and an environmental assessment is not completed. The
applicant should be aware that a detailed review will not be done
until the full application is submitted. Also, if new or
additional information is obtained, a revised application or
Environmental Impact Report may be required.
MTB
GP-92-16.DC
