COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS GP-92-16/ZR-92-18/SU-92-16/TA-92-17/UP-92-30 PRE-APPLICATIONS 3 . Hydrologic and hydraulic analyses shall be conducted to determine the impacts of discharging into Bear Creek. All property, both downstream and upstream of this discharge shall not be subject to a higher flood level as a result of the proposed drainage. All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specification must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map. (Development Title Section 9-910.2) 2 .
