COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> GP-92-16/ZR-92-18/SU-92-16/TA-92-17/UP-92-30 PRE-APPLICATIONS <br /> 14 . All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the Manual <br /> on Uniform Traffic Control Devices and San Joaquin County <br /> Standards, and shall be shown on the improvement plans. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 15. Access rights shall be dedicated and restricted for lot <br /> 6 along the frontage of North 99 Frontage Road (East) . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 5) <br /> 16. Any development shall respect the possible future widening of <br /> State Highway 99 and Frontage Road and shall be noticed by a <br /> statement on the Final Map. . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 2) <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411. 1) <br /> For UP-92-30: <br /> 1.
