Winslow Property
Page No. 4
VII CONCLUSION
Based on the results of the percolation tests, the soil
profile, and the performance of the septic systems in the area, it
is our opinion that the property is suitable for continued use of
the on site sewage disposal systems. Due to the depth of the
ground water at the site and the size of the proposed parcels it is
our conclusion that the septic systems are not adversely affecting
the quality of ground water in the area. There were elevated
nitrate readings from the water sample which was obtained from the
well on Parcel 2. A more likely source for the elevated nitrate
level is the agricultural operations in the area.
VIII LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information
provided regarding the existing and proposed development, the use
of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at
the time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation
tests. It was assumed that the test holes and percolation tests
results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the
general area.
Our professional services were performed, our findings
obtained, and our conclusions proposed in accordance with generally
accepted engineering principles and practices. This warranty is in
lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied. Test
findings and statements of professional opinion do not constitute
a guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied.
Very truly yours,
NEIL O.
