SITE HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN <br /> QUIK STOP MARKET NO. 120 <br /> 9321 NORTH THORNTON ROAD <br /> STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> 1. INTRODUCTION <br /> This site Health and Safety Plan (HASP) must be kept on-site and accessible to all on-site <br /> employees during all phases of site operations. The HASP must be reviewed and signed . <br /> by all on-site employees, subcontractors, and visitors prior to entering the work area. <br /> General safe work practices apply to all Smith Technology) Corp. (Smith Technology) work <br /> sites. <br /> The provisions set forth in this HASP apply to Smith Technology employees and any <br /> subcontractors working for Smith Technology at the job visite (unless the subcontractors <br /> have their own HASP approved by Smith Technology). All personnel working for Smith <br /> Technology at the job site must read this HASP and ',sign the attached Compliance <br /> Agreement before entering the work area. Field personnel may deviate from the safety <br /> provisions set forth in this HASP, but only to upgrade or increase the safety requirements. <br /> Smith Technology personnel may suspend work if unauthorized modifications to the safety <br /> provisions set forth in this HASP are made. If changes in site or working conditions require <br /> changes in safety procedures, appropriate amendments to this HASP will be provided by <br /> the Smith Technology project manager or site safety officer. <br />
