The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit <br /> application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . A Parcel Map is required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-915 . 2) <br /> 2 . An Irrevocable Offer of Dedication shall be required along the <br /> east line of Parcel 2 conforming to the Development Plan included <br /> with approved Tentative Map MS-92-175 . <br /> 3 .
