WALLACE • KUHL <br /> &ASSOCIATES INC December 8, 1994 g� <br /> Ms Barbara Jean Drake 9� <br /> 8315 Arroyo Way p�C 19 <br /> Stockton, California 95209 �tpNM S R\Atzs� <br /> QUARTERLY STATUS REPORT <br /> 26485 THORNTON ROAD <br /> Thornton, California 95206 <br /> WKA No 2556 02 <br /> Dear Ms Drake, <br /> As requested by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, we are <br /> submitting this quarterly status report for the subject property, located at <br /> 26485 Thornton Road in Thornton, California (Plate 1) <br /> Most recent ground water elevation measurements of the three monitoring <br /> wells (MWI through MW3) took place on November 18, 1994, historical <br /> ground water elevation data is provided in Table 1 A survey of the three <br /> Geotechnical Engineering existing wells has not been completed As a result, no ground water flow <br /> Engineering Geology direction has been calculated for the site See Plate 2 for location of <br /> monitoring wells MW1 through MW3 <br /> Environmental Consulting <br /> Remedlatlon Services Ground water samples were also obtained from the three on-site monitoring <br /> wells on November 18, 1994 Prior to sampling, the water level in each well <br /> Construction Inspection was measured and checked for visual signs of free product using a clear <br /> ` <br /> Materials Testing bailer Approximately three to five well volumes of water were purged from <br /> 4 <br /> each well using a two-inch diameter submersible pump until temperature, pH, <br /> and conductivity readings stabilized and/or the water cleared of sediment The <br /> water samples were then collected using a new polyethylene disposable bailer <br /> 3050 Industrial Blvd Water from the disposable bailer was decanted into appropriate sample <br /> West Sacramento containers provided by the laboratory <br /> CA 95691 <br /> Fax 916 372 2565 <br /> 916 372 1434 <br /> Recycled paper <br />
