Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 2. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage <br /> must be performed prior to acceptance of the application as required by Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. y— 6e(c4- <br /> -7 R., <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of <br /> San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption <br /> rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite <br /> wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit <br /> fee of $78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> 3. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of <br /> San Joaquin County prior to Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test and <br /> a sewage disposal area, as determined by the percolation test, are required prior <br /> to Environmental Health Division approval. A permit for the percolation tests must <br /> be obtained from the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110.3, 9-1110.4(c), and 9-1110.5). <br /> 4. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development.
