Construction of an individual domestic water well under <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> 3. PLANNING DIVISION CONDITIONS: <br /> a . All repairs shall be made inside the shop building . All <br /> vehicles waiting to be repaired , or waiting to be picked <br /> up shall be kept in the shop . <br /> b . All parking spaces , driveways and maneuvering areas shall <br /> be paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or <br /> cement . Bumper guards shall be provided to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties. All parking stalls <br /> and directional arrows shall be delineated with paint . <br /> C . Trash enclosures shall be designed to accommodate all <br /> trash receptacles and constructed on three sides with a <br /> solid six-foot wall and gated on the fourth side. <br /> d . The only signage allowed shall be a monument sign or a <br /> wall mounted sign . Lighting of signs shall be limited <br /> to internal illumination , nonflashing and nonanimated . <br /> No signs shall be illuminated on any lot adjoining or <br /> directly across the street from residential property . <br /> e. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to <br /> the premises , and with no spillover beyond the property . <br /> f . A minimum ten-foot-wide planting strip is required along <br /> West Frontage Road and State Highway Route 99 . A minimum <br /> of one tree pr 25 linear feet of each property line <br /> abutting the street required . <br /> Planters adjacent to public streets shall contain <br /> shrubbery or mounding not to exceed three (3) feet in <br /> height. Trees must be trimmed the first six feet in <br /> height to allow for sight distance . <br /> Planter areas shall contain shrubs and/or living ground <br /> cover: concrete, asphalt, and any surface material <br /> including rocks or bark are not acceptable. <br />
