Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. 3. PLANNING DIVISION CONDITIONS: a . All repairs shall be made inside the shop building . All vehicles waiting to be repaired , or waiting to be picked up shall be kept in the shop . b . All parking spaces , driveways and maneuvering areas shall be paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or cement . Bumper guards shall be provided to protect adjacent structures or properties. All parking stalls and directional arrows shall be delineated with paint . C . Trash enclosures shall be designed to accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on three sides with a solid six-foot wall and gated on the fourth side. d . The only signage allowed shall be a monument sign or a wall mounted sign . Lighting of signs shall be limited to internal illumination , nonflashing and nonanimated . No signs shall be illuminated on any lot adjoining or directly across the street from residential property . e. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises , and with no spillover beyond the property . f . A minimum ten-foot-wide planting strip is required along West Frontage Road and State Highway Route 99 . A minimum of one tree pr 25 linear feet of each property line abutting the street required . Planters adjacent to public streets shall contain shrubbery or mounding not to exceed three (3) feet in height. Trees must be trimmed the first six feet in height to allow for sight distance . Planter areas shall contain shrubs and/or living ground cover: concrete, asphalt, and any surface material including rocks or bark are not acceptable.
