Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development . <br /> 3. PLANNING DIVISION: <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: <br /> a . This permit is for tractor repair and sales . <br /> b . All repairs .shall be made inside the shop building . All <br /> vehicles waiting to be repaired , or waiting to be picked <br /> up shall be kept in the shop . <br /> C . All parking spaces, driveways , and maneuvering areas <br /> shall be paved and permanently maintained with asphalt <br /> or cement. Bumper guards shall be provided to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties . All parking stalls <br /> and directional arrows shall be delineated with paint. <br /> d . All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to <br /> the premises , and with no spillover beyond the property. <br /> E . Trash enclosures shall be designed to accommodate all <br /> trash receptacles and constructed on three sides with a <br /> solid six-foot wall and gated on the fourth side. <br /> f . The only signage allowed shall be a monument or wall <br /> mounted sign . Lighting of signs shall be limited to <br /> internal illumination , nonfelashing and nonanimated . No <br /> signs shall be illuminated on any lot adjoining or <br /> directly across the street from residential property. <br /> g . A minimum ten-foot-wide planting strip is required along <br /> West Frontage Road , and State Highway Route 99 . A <br /> minimum of one tree per 25 linear feet of each property <br /> line abutting the street is required . <br /> Planters adjacent to public streets shall contain <br /> shrubbery or mounding not to exceed three (3) feet in <br /> height. Trees must be trimmed the first six (6) feet in <br /> height to allow for sight distance . <br /> Planter areas shall contain shrubs and/or living ground <br /> cover: concrete , asphalt, and any surface material <br /> including rocks or bark are not acceptable. <br />
