• How do we deal with a spill of Universal <br />Waste? <br />— Light Tubes: <br />• Clear the area for 15 minutes and let it ventilate <br />• On Hard Surfaces — Wearing PPE (rubber gloves & eyeglasses) Sweep <br />up glass fragments and powder to place in a plastic bag. Use sticky <br />tape or lint roller to pickup small pieces of glass and residual powder. <br />Finally wipe the area clean with damp towels and place towels in the <br />plastic bag with the glass shards <br />• On Carpet or Rugs — Wearing PPE (rubber gloves & eyeglasses) <br />carefully pick up the shards then use tape or sticky roller to pick up <br />the smaller pieces.
