The results are
tabulated in the following documents prepared by your consultant. Advanced
GeoEnvironmental, Inc.
• 28 September 2009 Quarterly Report— Second Quarter and Third Quarter 2009
• 28 January 2010 Quarterly Report— Fourth Quarter 2009
• 25 March 2010 Quarterly Report— First Quarter 2010
The results show that pollutants that were identified in grab groundwater samples obtained in
2008 are not detected in the monitoring wells. Organophosphate pesticides, carbamates, urea
compounds, and volatile organic compounds were not detected in any of the three monitoring
wells in any of the four quarters.
Additional monitoring is not required. When Trinkle and Boys provides documentation that the
monitoring wells have been property destroyed under San Joaquin County Environmental
Health Department oversight, Central Valley Water Board staff will provide Trinkle and Boys
with a letter stating that the assessment is complete and that no additional action is required.
Please provide a well destruction work plan by 30 September 2010. The work plan may be
provided by email. Thank you for working with the Central Valley Water Board to conduct the
monitoring.
