I have attached a copy of the UST Plan to this email to verify that the UST Response Plan and Designated Operator Form is current with the information we have on file . You can even use the LG113 as the back- up to that argument as LG113 references TLS350' s, but not Simplicity' s ( maybe get a more experienced CUPA Inspector involved ) — I would ask to have this removed from the report 115 — CCR 2715 ( a) ( 1 ) ( B ) , 2715 (a) (3 ) " Designated Underground Storage Tank Operator Identification Form " not submitted within 30 days Rita has been conducting DO Inspections for over a year so Stantec likely provided notification over a Year ago — with proof from Stantec ( I would ask for this to be removed ) 201 — CCR 2712 ( b ) ( 1 -2 ) Failure to maintain monitoring , maintenance , and follow up action records . We' ll swing by later on this Afternoon to see if we can locate the results on site and take a Picture if we find them .
