I regret I cannot support case closure without a bit more data to demonstrate no <br /> plume migration toward the local water supply wells. <br /> If you feel itjustified to file the petition, you should do so; in fact I thought by your emailing the RP's Petition Request <br /> Letter to George Lockwood, along with the contact information for public notification, that you had petitioned. I do not <br /> know how long it will take the State Board to respond to your petition, and there's always a chance they may agree with <br /> us, so I recommend we expedite the process, get the minimal information needed to resolve the uncertainty, and get the <br /> site closed if favorable results are obtained as described in the attached letter. <br /> You should be aware of and have access to all the available information in the file. I may have inadvertently messed you <br /> up on the review; I think I took the file to review some information and was not informed when you arrived to review it.
