To further investigate the extent of diesel contamination impact discovered under fueling <br /> dispensers during system upgrades, 3 borings will be advanced and completed to <br /> approximately 15 feet bgs. Soil and ground water samples will be collected for analysis <br /> from each of the proposed locations. <br /> 2. A minimum of one soil sample and a minimum of one ground water sample will be <br /> collected from each boring. <br /> 3. The soil samples collected will be analyzed by a State Certified Laboratory for TPI-Id <br /> using EPA method 8015M. The ground water samples collected will be analyzed for: <br /> TPHd, BTEX, and fuel oxygenates and additives including MTBE by EPA Method <br /> 82608. <br /> 4. Before leaving the site, the 3 boring holes will be properly plugged using neat cement. <br /> 5. After the work is completed, the information will be provided to EHD and CVRWQCB in <br /> a report of finding with conclusions and recommendations. The report will also be <br /> uploaded to the GeoTracker data base. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. An EHD permit must be procured prior to beginning this scope of work. <br /> 2. The report of finding must be submitted within 8 weeks of the completion of work. <br /> 3.
