INTRODUCTION <br /> r <br /> At the request of Mr Bob Yamada of Yamada Brothers, Inc ,Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc <br /> r (AGE) has prepared this report for 15406 South Tracy Boulevard, Stockton, California (site) The <br /> scope of work Included conducting second,third and fourth quarter ground water monitoring events <br /> and preparation of this report,in addition,an Out-of-Service well permit,dated 27 August 2004,was <br /> robtained from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department for one of two on-site <br /> domestic wells that was not functioning and in disrepair The location of the site and the immediately <br /> surrounding area are Illustrated on Figure 1 Structures and monitoring well locations are illustrated <br /> ron Figure 2 Background information is summarized in Appendix A <br /> r2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> Field work was performed in accordance with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board(RWQCB)and San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)guidelines for <br /> Investigations of underground storage tank(UST)sites and sampling groundwater monitoring wells, <br /> r � respectively <br />' 2 1 QUARTERLY GROUND WATER MONITORING <br /> AGE personnel monitored and sampled monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-7 and one (DW-1) <br /> of two domestic wells on 28 June (second quarter), 30 September (third quarter) and 16 December <br /> 2004 (fourth quarter) <br /> r2 1 1 Well Monitoring and Evacuation <br /> rA Solinst water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water to the nearest 0 01-foot <br /> in the seven wells relative to the tops of the well casings (well heads) The ground water elevations <br /> rand gradient were determined from this data(Table 1) <br /> After recording water level measurements, dedicated, disposable plastic bailers were used to purge <br />' the monitoring wells of water During the June 2004 monitoring event,9 25 to 10 25 gallons of water <br /> were removed from each well (approximately three casing-water volumes), during the September <br /> 2004 monitoring event, approximately 9 to 10 gallons of water were removed from each well, and <br />' approximately 7 to 10 gallons of water were removed from each well during the December 2004 <br /> monitoring event Groundwater temperature,pH and conductivity were measured at regular intervals <br /> rAdvanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br /> 1 <br />
