The original
report was ordered to research various plans to utilize the
contaminated material excavated from the ISC Winery property.
That report presented the engineering facts required to design
asphalt paving projects.
This addendum presents a method of utilizing the ISC Winery
contaminated soils in your new equipment repair yard an Cluff
Ave. in east Lodi, California. The first portion of the report
concerns the classification of the contaminated soils as per
Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations. The second
portion of the ,addendum is directed to construction timing and
the specifications required to produce a high quality pavement
from the ISC Winery contaminated soils.
The soils of the ISC Winery and your new equipment repair
yard offer a rare opportunity for your company to take a
leadership role in the recycle of hydrocarbon-impacted soils.
Please contact this office if we can be of any further
service on this very interesting project.
Yours truly, iQROfESS1p
F LL GI :E ING, ````
y t{r
 Y
Ery Rif nbu^g s Q
9f Cf'11L rcr
FOF CAt40
S 5EP1 1990
PcRM;T l5ERNACES
