In the process of abandoning the exist- <br /> ing buildings & UST's, a large concrete bunker was uncovered and <br /> removed, which had contaminated the surrounding soils and possi- <br /> bly the groundwater. A groundwater investigation was conducted, <br /> which included the placement of three (3) groundwater monitoring <br /> wells around the area of contamination. <br /> After further investigative work, and additional testing, it was <br /> determined that the grpundwater was not impacted; the remaining <br /> contaminated soil was removed from the ground, and stored on site <br />• for future remediation. <br /> This report describes the methodology and process used for the <br /> remediation of the spoil , and summarizes the results. <br /> PROPERTY LOCATION: <br /> The property address is located at #1 West Turner Road, Lodi , CA, <br /> about 3/4 mile north of the downtown area, and immediately west <br /> of the main Zine of the Southern Pacific Railroad. Highway 99 is <br /> 1/2 male to the west, and the Mokelumne River truncates the <br /> property to the north.
