KLEINFELDER <br /> No 5) was also noted within the search distance No information was available regarding the <br /> construction of this well The third well reported by Mr Beeler was City of Lodi Well No 15 <br />' There was no available information regarding the construction of this well <br /> 6.3 500-FOOT PHYSICAL RECEPTOR SURVEY <br /> On February 6, 2002, Kleinfelder conducted a physical search for wells and sensitive receptors <br /> within a 500-foot radius of the UST at the subject site An illustration of our findings is shown <br /> on Plate 3 Monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-4 are found in the unmediate area of the <br /> former UST at the site Three additional monitoring wells previously existed in an area <br />' approximately 150 feet west of the UST These wells, according to General Mills, were <br /> abandoned in accordance with and approval of the San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services/Environmental Health Division No other sensitive receptors were noted within a 500- <br /> foot radius area <br /> 6.4 FINDINGS <br /> A summary of well location descriptions and well data for wells within or near the 2,000-foot <br /> search distance is presented in Table 4 A 500 and 2000-foot radius map is shown on Plates 3 <br /> and 4, respectively The following is a discussion of findings based upon the reviewed data <br /> 6.4.1 City of Lodi Wells <br /> Four City of Lodi Municipal Wells, 7R, 5, 15 and 21 were identified in proximity to the <br /> General Mills assessment area Two of the four Lodi wells, 7R and 5, were noted within the <br /> search distance Well No 7R is approximately 1,000 feet north of the non-operating UST. Well <br /> No 5 is approximately 1,500 feet south of the non-operatmg UST Well No 's 15 and 21 are <br /> located approximately 2300 feet west and 2800 feet southwest of the UST area, respectively <br /> 6.4.2 General Mills Wells <br /> I A total of five General Mills wells were noted within the 2,000 foot search distance including <br /> one irrigation well and four monitoring wells Well No 1 is an imgation well owned by <br /> General Mills and is located approximately 1,100 feet west of the non-operatmg UST The four <br /> monitoring wells include MW-1 through MW-4 currently used to monitor groundwater <br /> conditions in the assessment area <br /> 6.4.3 Miscellaneous Wells and Receptors <br />' Well No 2 is a domestic wells shown as being owned by the Woodbridge Masonic Lodge The <br /> well log for this well was forwarded by DWR as possibly being in the search area, although the <br /> specific well location was not given on the well log The illustrated well location (Plate 4) was <br /> 20-1417-16 E04/ST02RO38 Page 12 of 18 <br /> ©2002 Klemfelder,Inc June 7,2002 <br /> I <br />
