I ' 07 June 2000 AGE-NC Project No 99-0657 ' Page 5 of 7 ' The ground water flow direction was calculated using groundwater elevation data The ground water at the site is flowing to the southwest under an average gradient of 0 011 Figure 3 illustrates the contoured ground water elevations as measured on 05 April 2000 33 RECEPTOR WELL SURVEY ' Drinkingwater at and near the site is currently supplied b the Cit of Lodi municipal well system Y PP Y Y Municipal well information was supplied by Mr Frank Beeler of the City of Lodi The City of Lodi ' Well No 15R is located approximately 500 feet west of the site The well was drilled in 1969 to a depth of 475 feet below surface grade City of Lodi Well No 07R is located approximately 1,100 ' feet east of the site Well No 07R was drilled in 1978 to a depth of 450 feet bsg One irrigation well was located 600 feet east of the site, owned by General Mills Inc Information ' regarding this well was supplied by the Department of Water Resources (DWR) This well was drilled in 1968 to a depth of 324 feet bsg The boring logs are included in Appendix D lie No additional wells were Iocated within 2,000 feet of the subject property on the DWR database or the SJCFC&WCD map No other wells were identified during the physical survey Figure 7 depicts the approximate location of the municipal water wells and irrigation well located during the receptor ' survey ' 34 HYDROCARBON-IMPACTED SOIL A total of 13 soil samples were analyzed for TPH-g, TPH-d, BTEX and the suite of five fuel ' additives by EPA Method 8260 Modified ' TPH-g was detected in soil samples analyzed from borings MW i and MW2 at concentrations as high as 2,300 milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg) and TPH-d was detected at concentrations as high as 590 mg/kg BTEX compounds were detected, with the exception of benzene, at concentrations as high ' as 11 mg/kg, 8 3 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg, respectively Petroleum hydrocarbons were not detected in soil samples collected from MW3 and MW4 ' MTBE was detected in a sample collected from monitoring well MW2 at a concentration of 0 87 mg/kg (MW2-25) by EPA Method 8260 No other oxygenates were detected in the soil sample analysis Analytical results of soil samples are summanzed on Table 2 The laboratory reports (AAL ' Order No A00032805), quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) report and chain-of-custody forms are included in Appendix E Advanced GeoEm ironmental,Inc
