SITE CODE: 1266
1607 Turnpike Zoad
Stockton, CA 9 206-1960
By letter dated May 0, 2007, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD)
approved modification presented by Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) in Work Plan
Addendum dated April , 2007. This approval was contingent upon the two temporary observation
wells having the same onstruction as extraction well EW-1 with screening intervals from 15 to 35
feet below ground surf a and these two wells being developed prior to conducting the groundwater
pumping test. EHD ex lained that if the temporary observation wells could not be developed using
the currently approved nstruction, then you would need to submit a work plan to install permanent
monitoring wells in pla of temporary wells. EHD requested you respond by June 22, 2007.
EHD has not received ny response nor has EHD received a work plan for installing permanent
monitoring wells. Therefore, EHD is returning the well permit application submitted to this
department on April 5, 007, for the installation of these two temporary wells and EHD has informed
the accounting departm t to return the check for$374 to AGE.
Please respond to EHD comments immediately. If you have any questions, please contact Vicki
McCartney at(209)468 9852 or by electronic mail at vmccartney@sjcehd.com.
Donna Heran,REHS, D rector
Environmental Health partment
Victoria L.
