On January <br /> 30, 1989, one 550 gallon inderground storage tank was removed and an unauthorized <br /> release/leak was docume ited. On February 25, 1992, monitoring wells (MWS) were installed and <br /> groundwater was found t be impacted with gasoline. A total of five MWs have been installed <br /> during the course of the ii vestigation to date. The last report submitted to this office was dated <br /> February 1997 which co fined groundwater analytical results for the sampling event that <br /> occurred on February 20 1997. All groundwater analytical results were positive for gasoline and <br /> the extent of contaminati n(soil and groundwater) remains undefined. <br /> PHS/EHD has informed u of the Cal/EPA State Water Resources Control Board Underground <br /> Storage Tank Cleanup F ind and has recommended you apply. You may be eligible for <br /> reimbursement from the Ieanup Fund for the costs of the site investigation and cleanup.
