The ecommendation that approximately 100 gallons of water be <br /> removed from MW-2 to determine the effect of limited groundwater <br /> extraction on the contaminant plume satisfies the requirement. <br /> -Quarterly monitoring reporting shall continue which should include data <br /> generated from the "Interim" clean-up. <br /> -As noted in the above mentioned letter to Greg Gaut from PHS/EHDr a <br /> Problem Assessment Report (PAR) shall be submitted to PHS/EHD which <br /> delineates th full extent of contamination prior to full-scale site <br /> remediation. <br /> -Please submit a workplan for the installation of additional monitoring <br /> wells in order to define the vertical and horizontal extent of / <br /> contamination by May 1, 1994.
