Contaminated water should be properly disposed of with receipts being
-forwarded to PHS/EHD. I lease submit a workplan for "Interim" clean-up by February 1, 1994.
Quarterly monitoring repoi ting shall continue which should include data generated from the"Interim"clean-
up.
As required by Title 23 of a California Code of Regulations,a"Corrective Action Plan" is required. A draft
for a "Corrective Action Pan" shall be submitted to PHS/EHD by April 1, 1994 which shall include a site
assessment to determine dle "Zero" line for the vertical and horizontal extent for soil and groundwater
contamination.
Implementation of Categoiy C of the SB 2004 State Water Resources Control Board will begin in the Spring
of 1994. It is strongly suggested that an application for reimbursement by this fund be made with the help
of your consultant.
