On January 30, 1989 a 550 gallon underground storage <br /> tank with piping was removed from this site. The tank <br /> removal was witnessed by W.R. Snavely of PHS/EHD. The <br /> tank was observed to be corroded and the piping <br /> conditi n was observed to be poor with holes. One <br /> sample t7as taken below the tank and was noted to have a <br /> slight petroleum odor. Two samples were taken below <br /> the piping and were also noted to have a slight <br /> petroleam odor. <br /> 2. Soil and groundwater contamination exist at this site. <br /> Eviden a supports the former underground storage tank <br /> was thE source of the contamination. <br /> 3 . Compliance with the Quarterly Monitoring requirements <br /> pursua t to Section 2652 (d) of the Underground Storage <br /> Tank R gulations (California Code of Regulations, Title <br /> 23 , Su chapter 16) is required. <br /> 4 . At a minimum current site investigation should include <br /> a seco d round of groundwater sampling and further <br /> ground ater level measuring. This will confirm the <br /> first iound groundwater sample results and provide more <br /> inform tion on the site specific gradient. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care SCIVMCCS �� <br />
