An unauthorized release was reported <br /> in February 1989 following the removal of one gasoline UST. An unknown volume of impacted soil <br /> was excavated to a depth f ten feet, disposed offsite, and replaced with clean fill in 1989. No <br /> additional active remediate n has been conducted. Since 2000, 21 groundwater monitoring wells <br /> have been installed and m nitored; several wells have been subsequently abandoned. According <br /> to groundwater data, wate quality objectives have been achieved or nearly achieved for all <br /> constituent except in moni ring wells MW86, EX1, or EX2. <br /> The petroleum release is li nited to the soil and shallow groundwater. According to data available <br /> in GeoTracker, there are n supply wells regulated by the California Department of Public Health <br /> or surface waler bodies wil iin 1,000 feet of the defined plume boundary. One domestic well is <br /> located 8201feet northeast crossgradient) of the Site (Advanced Geo Environmental, Inc. [AGE], <br /> 2012). No other water sup Iy wells have been identified within 1,000 feet of the defined plume <br /> boundary in files reviewed.
