In January 1989, <br /> soil and groundwater coni amination was detected during a tank pull. To date, 16 monitoring <br /> wells have been installed and monitored regularly. A Site map showing the location of the <br /> monitoring wells and grou idwater level contours is provided at the end of this summary. <br /> Remediation Summary <br /> • Free Product: No ree product was documented throughout the life of this case <br /> • Soil Excavation: n unknown volume of impacted soil was removed and disposed <br /> offsite in 1989 <br /> • In-Situ Soil Remediation: No soil remediation has been conducted <br /> • Groundwater Rerr ediation: No groundwater remediation has been conducted <br /> General Site Condition <br /> • Geology and Hydr Dgeology: The Site is underlain by interbedded and intermixed sand <br /> and silt. The hydrE ulic conductivity has been calculated to be 0.0038 cm/sec. The depth <br /> to groundwater v ies seasonally between 15 and 23 feet bgs and the groundwater <br /> gradient is south: ast at approximately 0.007 feet/foot. <br /> • Groundwater Tre s: There are more than ten years of groundwater monitoring data for <br /> this Site.
