There are no water supply wells <br /> or surface water receptors present within 2,000 feet of the Site. <br /> Risk Evaluation <br /> No human health risk assessment has been conducted. <br /> Recommendation <br /> September 2010, Fund staff recommends that the San Joaquin County LOP direct the <br /> Responsible Party to assess remediation technologies and to implement active remediation in a <br /> timely manner. The Fund will review this site next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, September 2011, this investigation has been underway for 22 years and no active <br /> remediation has been conducted.
