Quarterly Monitoting Update - Febivary and September 1996 <br /> COMFORT AM, INC , 1601 Tut npike Road, Stockton, Califot ttia <br /> Dear Mr Gaut <br /> In accordance with your request, Adianced GeoEnvironniental, Inc (AGE) has performed ground <br /> water monitoring and sampling at the above referenced site The monitoring and sampling was <br /> performed in accordance with San Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS-EHD) and Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) guidelines for the <br />. investigation of underground storage tank (UST) sites <br /> PROCEDURES <br /> Ground water samples v,ere collected from MNN7-4 on 29 February 1996 and frown MW-5 on 04 <br /> September 1996 Ground water samples were transported to Castle Analytical Laboratories (CAL) <br /> and analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as gasoline (TPH-g), -volatile aromatics <br /> (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and \ylenes BTE&X) and methyl-tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) in <br /> accordance ,kith EPA methods 5030 and 602 Analytical results of ground water samples are <br /> summarized in Table 1 The laboratory report (CAL Laboratory No 686 and 866) and chain-of- <br /> custody forms are included with this report <br /> FINTI)INGS <br /> Ground eater flow direction was generally toward the southeast at an approximate gradient of 0 01 <br /> ft/ft, or 53 feet per stile (Figure 1 -Relative Ground Water Eleti ations Map) Ground 1k ater depths <br /> and elevations are summarized in Table 2 <br /> TPH_g, benzene and ethylbenzene were detected in ground water samples from well MW-4 in <br />.
