UST Tank Information forms for the 87 product, 91 product and diesel product are not current in CERS , under "product / Waste Piping Construction" it states Secondary Containment piping to be Rigid Plastic, however flexible i piping was observed as secondary containment piping in all three tanks. Any change of information must be j updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes.
