To <br />report an explosion or fire related to arson, call (916) 323-7390. <br />7.2 Press Release Guidelines <br />Release of any information from Tower Park Marina will be made by the Owner. Tower Park Marina <br />Primary or Alternate Emergency Coordinator will: <br />• Obtain the name, publication or station, and telephone number of reporter requesting <br />information; <br />• Notify Tower Park Marina Management of any request for information <br />• Deny all untrained and unauthorized individuals to enter onto the premises, including <br />members of the media; <br />• Prohibit all photography or filming of the incident without prior approval of Tower Park <br />Marina Management; and <br />• Forbid press conferences from being held on Tower Park Marina premises. <br />7.3 Record -Keeping <br />Records shall be kept for every spill, regardless of spill volume. All records shall be maintained in <br />perpetuity. Tower Park Marina Management or consultant will prepare any reports required by local, state, <br />and federal government authorities. <br />The following must be included in the report: <br />1. Exact physical address of facility <br />2. Phone number for facility <br />3. Date and time of discharge <br />4. Type of material discharged <br />5. Estimate of total quantity of material discharged <br />6. Source of discharge <br />7. Describe the affected media (e.g. soil, water, concrete, etc.) <br />8. Cause of discharge <br />9. Damages to facility due to discharge <br />10. Injuries at facility due to discharge <br />11. Actions used to stop, remove, and mitigate the effects of the discharge <br />12. Whether facility evacuation was necessary <br />13. List of which organizations and individuals were contacted about the spill <br />14.
