The facility has had all of the waste that put the facility over the threshold of a small generator removed from <br />the site. As such, the facility is a small waste generator and will continue to function as one. /s/ Chelsea <br />Bossenbroek <br />Violation 601: I need a manifest number/consolidated manifest number for each waste. <br />- 55 gallon black drum with oil absorbent: see 03/25/20 manifest 007439819SKS (attached; same as above). <br />- 55 gallon black drum with non-crushed/oil filters: see 03/25/20 manifest 007439819SKS (attached; same as <br />above). <br />- 300 haz waste tank (do you mean the 240 gallon used oil tank?) If so, this has been emptied twice since <br />February's inspection. See manifests (04/02/20: #007314685SKS) and (07/07/20: 007440624SKS).
