Vicki McCartney [EH]
From: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Sent: Thursday, June 18, 2015 1:41 PM
To: Kasey Foley [EH]
Subject: 30350 South Tracy Blvd.
Kasey,
I am trying to tie up loose ends before the LOP ends. One thing that still needs to be addressed is whether the 650-
gallon asphalt tank at the CEMEX Tracy Facility at 30350 South Tracy Boulevard was or is regulated by the Environmental
Health Department. I spoke to you about this tank on April 29`h and at that time you indicated that you needed to
review the file to determine if such a tank was or is regulated by the Environmental Health Department. I believe that
the asphalt tank number is 1798002. 1 am told that the tank was "decommissioned in place by filling grout" but there is
no documentation to confirm this. Please let me know if our department regulates asphalt tanks, and if so, what needs
to be done.
Thanks, Kasey.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209) 468-9852
Email: vmccartney(aD_sjcehd.com
.-
N *1169
1
