The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for MORADA CHEVRON FAST N EASY#60* as of October 07, 2020. Open violations from May 28, 2020 inspection Violation#102-UST operating permit application for facility and tank information not submitted or current. OBSERVATION: UST Tank Information forms are not current in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). -The tank forms for the 91(1), 91(2)and diesel tanks incorrectly list the number of compartments in the unit. -The tank forms for the 87, diesel, 91(1)and 91(2)tanks incorrectly indicate that the"Fill Components Installed" have a"Containment Sump."The site has direct bury spill containers. REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. OBSERVATION: The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. -The monitoring plan for all tanks incorrectly stated pipeline integrity testing was being conducted annually. -UDC leak sensor model information was left blank on the monitoring plans for all tanks. -The monitoring plan incorrectly indicated no for training. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS).
