The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for MORADA CHEVRON FAST N EASY#60* as of October 07, 2020. Open violations from May 28, 2020 inspection Violation#106-Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is performed. OBSERVATION:An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. -Map does not clearly identify the underground storage tank piping. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed.The site plan must show the general layout of tanks and piping and clearly identify locations of the following equipment, if installed: 1)monitoring system control panels; 2)in-tank liquid level probes (if used for leak detection); 3)devices monitoring tank annular spaces or vault;4)devices monitoring product piping; 5)devices monitoring fill piping; 6)devices monitoring vent piping; 7)devices monitoring vapor recovery piping; 8)devices monitoring vent/transition sumps; 9)devices monitoring under-dispenser containment; 10)line leak detectors; and 11)devices monitoring any other secondary containment areas. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#107-Failure to submit and maintain complete and current financial responsibility documents. 1)OBSERVATION: Financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD.The most recent financial responsibility documents in CERS are dated 4/11/2019. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, and upload the required documents. 2)OBSERVATION: Current financial responsibility documents were not found on site. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of current financial responsibility documents are required to be maintained on site.
