The containers <br /> were: <br /> 1.An Ignitable Hazardous Waste container, storing a Vicks Sinus Inhaler, a Wicks air refresher aerosol can, and a <br /> Kiss nail kit, is missing the accumulation start date. <br /> 2.A container storing used printer ribbon rolls from the photo department,was incorrectly labeled as Universal <br /> Waste Non-Aerosol Hazardous Waste, according to a document provided by Taylor Salinas, the assistant store <br /> manager.According to this document, used printer ribbon rolls are to be placed labeled as Toxic Hazardous <br /> Waste. Jesus Robles,the store manager, re-labeled the container of used printer ribbon rolls correctly as Toxic <br /> Hazardous Waste at the time of inspection, however the composition (contents)on the label is inaccurate. <br /> 3.A container storing used printer ribbon rolls and a used toner cartridge was missing the words"Hazardous <br /> Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), and <br /> accumulation start date. Jesus labeled the container with the required information, except the composition <br /> (contents)on the label is inaccurate. <br /> 4.A container storing a bag of loose pharmaceutical pills, located in the pharmacy,was missing the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br /> and accumulation start date.The pharmacy manager labeled the container with the required information at the time <br /> of inspection. <br /> 5.A container storing five bottles of warfarin sodium tablet residual, located in the pharamcy,was missing the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), and accumulation start date. the pharmacy manager labeled the container with the required information <br /> at the time of inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
