(a) The pond is located on non-prime soil or the proposed site contains a unique <br /> environmental or geographic feature that will be retained and preserved as a result of the <br /> pro lect, <br /> The excavation will not have a detrimental effect on any surrounding agricultural lands; <br /> Lcl Issuance of the permit shall not be significantly detrimental to the public health, safety, <br /> or welfare, or be iniurious to the property or improvements in the vicinity. <br /> SECTION 9-852.6 DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS. Approved Pond Excavation Permits shall be sublected to <br /> the development standards specified in Chapter 9-1420. <br /> SECTION 9-852.7 TIME LIMIT ON APPROVALS. If the excavation does not commence within eighteen (18) <br /> months after the date of approval of the Pond Excavation Permit, the permit shall lapse and become void. <br /> 852-2 <br />
