Environmental Monitoring <br /> The following, environmental monitoring instruments will be used <br /> on site at the specified intervals: <br /> Combustible Gas Indicator - daily -or at sign of contamination <br /> OVA - at sign of contamination <br /> 4. Emergency Procedures <br /> The following" standard emergency -procedures will be used by on- <br /> site personnel. The Foreman shall be notified of any on-site <br /> emergencies and be responsible for ensuring that the appropriate <br /> procedures are followed. <br /> Personnel Injuries . Upon notification of any injury at job site, <br /> the foreman will assess the nature of the injury. If the cause <br /> of the injuryor loss of the injured person does not affect the <br /> performance of site personnel, operations may continue, with the <br /> on-site EMT initiating the appropriate first aid. If the injury <br /> increases the,; risk to others, -all .site personnel shall assemble <br /> for further instructions .
