Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> SUBJECT: AT&T Lodi Facility, J110 West Turner Ave, Lodi CA <br /> Dear Mr. Knoll: <br /> Per your request, Hunter/Gregg, Inc has gathered and reviewed reports and documents <br /> concerning tank removal and soil remediation at the AT&T Lodi Facility, located at J110 <br /> Turner Road, Lodi, California. Of first note is that the reports from the environmental <br /> consultant, Kleinfelder and Associates, have the address of the facility in error. The <br /> physical address of the facility is J110 West Turner Ave, Lodi and not 157 West Turner <br /> Ave, Lodi as shown on the reports. <br /> The reports and letter reports we have reviewed include the following: <br /> • Soil sampling at AT&T Facility, dated May 21, 1987-Kleinfelder <br /> • Soil remediation workplan, dated September 16, 1987-Kleinfelder <br /> • Soil remediation report, dated May 9, 1988-Kleinfelder <br /> • Letter of clarification, October 23, 1989-Kleinfelder <br /> • Letter of clarification, October 27, 1989-EMC <br /> Enclosed with this letter are copies of all available tank disposal documents related to the <br /> tank removal at the site. <br /> Summary <br /> Tank removal operations of four underground diesel fuel storage tanks was performed in <br /> February 1987 by Beaver Construction of Downeyville under the supervision of Sacramento <br /> Equipment Maintenance (EMC). During routine tank removal sampling, detectable levels <br /> of diesel fuel were found in the soil. <br />
