All samples will be Iabeled, and <br /> submitted to the analytical laboratory under proper Chain-of-Custody protocol. <br /> 4.0 SCHEDULE <br /> ESE will start the above proposed Work Plan within 2 weeks after the plan is approved by <br /> San Joaquin County Health Department and the Regional Board. ESE assumes that it will <br /> take approximately 2 weeks to obtain the required permits and permission to drill. It <br /> may take an additional 2 weeks to obtain approval for work expenditures from AT&T. <br /> Once field work.begins, ESE estimates it will take 1 week to drill, install, and develop the <br /> three monitoring wells and another day to survey and sample the wells. Laboratory <br /> analyses should be completed 2 weeks following ground-water sampling. The preliminary <br /> report should be completed approximately 2 weeks after receipt of laboratory analyses <br /> results. <br /> Assuming a project approval date of September 1, 1990, the approximate project schedule <br /> dates should be: <br /> • September 4: Apply for well permits, perrrussion to drill at <br /> Mainland Nursery <br /> September 10: submit expenditure plan to AT&T <br /> • September 24: mobilize; drill, install and develop wells; submit <br /> soil samples for analyses <br /> _ October 1: sample and survey wells; submit ground-water <br /> samples for analyses <br /> • October 15: prepare report of investigations;submit report for <br /> review by AT&T <br /> • November 5: submit report to San Joaquin County Health <br /> Department. <br /> 10 <br />
