4.0 PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT <br /> Personal protective equipment to be used at petroleum contamination <br /> of several components. 'hese components will <br /> sites will consist <br /> protect the respiratory system, eyes and faahazards. Require the highest level of respiratory protection <br /> (as previously stated) , <br /> b. will cause illness as a result of personal exposure, <br /> c. Permit a reasonable determination hthat <br /> hba dy personal <br /> exposure could occur to any p` <br /> 2. Sites for which the Project Manager and/or Site Safety <br /> Officer make a reasonable determination that, <br /> t,based on <br /> te may be <br /> the lack of information to the contrary, <br /> described as previously stated. <br /> PERSONAL PROTECTIVE E UIPMENT--LEVEL B <br /> 1. Open-circuit, pressure-demand SCBA; <br /> 2. Chemical protective <br /> a, overalls and long-sleeved jacket, or <br /> b. Coveralls; <br /> 3. Gloves, inner (surgical type) ; <br /> 4. Gloves, outer, chemical protective; <br /> 5. Boots, chemical protective, steel toe and shank; <br /> and <br /> 6. Booties, chemical protective. <br /> 8 ' <br />
