Unzip or remove PPE during breaks and results of personnel monitoring. <br /> Provide drinking water and/or electrolyte replacement drink. Record the time and duration of all <br /> breaks and results of personnel monitoring. Heat stroke victims must receive emergency <br /> medical care. <br /> ❑ Hypothermia(1Frostblie Symptoms: <br /> ✓ Hypothermia: Shivering, apathy, loss of consciousness, <br /> decreasing pulse and breathing rate. <br /> ✓ Frostbite: White, then grayish yellow progressing to <br /> grayish blue skin, cold, numb part. <br /> Mitigation: Wear multilayer cold weather outfits covered by a wind resistant fabric. Take <br /> frequent breaks in a warm, sheltered area. Provide warm non-alcoholic drinks. For frostbite <br /> victims warm injured part gradually, do not rub!
